After that, he completed his DNB in Orthopaedics from NBE, New Delhi. He subsequently underwent super speciality training in Knee Surgery at Nara Medical University, Japan (Clinical Fellowship in Knee Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty). He is currently a member of the West Bengal Orthopaedic Association and also a member of SICOT. He has gained much popularity as a joint replacement surgeon in Kolkata.
